The Trust does not represent that every spiritual statement is a scientific, medical, legal or financial recommendation. Users should obtain independent professional advice wherever appropriate.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions made to support the lawful objects and activities of the Trust. A donor should verify the Trust’s official payment page before making a contribution. The Trust may suspend, modify or discontinue Website features for maintenance, security, upgrades or other legitimate reasons.

9. User-Submitted Content

Where the Website permits comments, testimonials, photographs, feedback or other submissions, you represent that you have the right to submit them and that they do not violate law or third-party rights. 12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, a user shall indemnify and hold harmless the Trust, its trustees, authorised representatives, employees and volunteers against losses, claims, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from the user’s unlawful use of the Website, material breach of these Terms, fraud, or infringement of third-party rights.
